CORNERSTONE: Team Builder Training!
This 10 day training was created to help you take your business to the next level and step into duplication and building a strong team! You can go through this training at your own pace, but I strongly urge you to not take longer than 10 days to complete it so that you can be working on finding your first coaches and helping them get started right away! Complete every assignment to help you master the team building basics!

By now, ALL OF YOU should have at least taken a photo of your challenge pack, or of you working out, or of your progress, and posted something publicly about this new endeavor you're on, even if you didn't say anything about yet about coaching. If you haven't, it's time to come out of the fitness closet! ;)
So what happens when you are in a conversation with someone and you want to start talking about your business but you don't know how? I know a lot of the time newer coaches can feel nervous and overthink how to tell people about what they do as a coach! But it's way easier than you might think!
Here are 3 simple and natural ways to talk about what you are doing in a way that will hopefully help you feel more comfortable and that will also help you avoid word-vomiting all over someone about Beachbody (Haha, it happens to the best of us. Sometimes you can't help it!)
1. The Intrigue Them Method-
In this method, you choose one or two of the most important or exciting things about coaching, maybe it's that you can now afford to stay home with your kids, or you are getting all your fitness stuff for free and have lost 30 pounds, or whatever. And you share that aspect. Sharing just 1 piece will intrigue someone who is looking for the same positive things and they will naturally ask you more about it. They may come back at you with "30 pounds?! That's incredible! I need to do it too. How are you getting your stuff for free???" See the example conversation above!
2. The Sandwich Method-
In this method, you sandwich a quick bit of what you are doing as a coach, the changes you've seen in your life, your favorite things about it, etc, between other topics in the conversation that are focused on them... see the example above.
3. The Enough About Me Method-
In the enough about me method you use a bit of self depreciation to keep the conversation focused on what's going on with them. But before you do, make sure to highlight the most exciting and positive aspects of your experience with Beachbody thus far. Then you make a quick exit from business talk and transition into asking more about their life using the phrase.. "But enough about me, tell me more about your..." This also keeps the conversation going as you've now invited them to answer you back and share more about their lives (everyone LOVES to talk about themselves, it's human nature!)
Have you ever used one of these methods before? Pick which one you are going to try first and your assignment is to use it TODAY to talk with someone about coaching! Post a screenshot of the conversation in the team page once you've utilized one of these three methods of bringing up your coaching biz!
